Meet our Management

Brian Auger

Brian Auger joined Premier as the Catastrophe Manager in 1998 and became a partner in 2006. His claims career started in 1984 with Crawford and Company as a property adjuster. He then went on to work for Gay and Taylor, Aetna and Travelers. Brian has been on the forefront of more than 50 catastrophes throughout the United States. His leadership and hands-on approach ensure the carriers receive timely, professional, and consistent work product based on their guidelines.

Eileen O’Brien

Eileen O’Brien joined Premier in 2008. Eileen started her career at Aetna Life and Casualty as a property field adjuster in 1986. She has worked all aspects of the claim industry, which includes field adjustments, field re-inspections, supervision and claim management for several large insurance companies in the state of Florida.  She has been involved in numerous catastrophes around the country as well as managing adjusters handling daily claims. Eileen provides excellence in customer service and accuracy in claim handling in conjunction with the Premier Management team.

Jay Knight Guasco

Jay brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to her role at Premier Adjusting & Catastrophe Services. Jay’s primary focus is to build robust relationships within the insurance industry to help drive business results for both Premier and its partnerships. Her daily oversight encompasses company communications, business development, client-care and keeping abreast of industry trends and events.

Prior to moving to Florida, Jay’s career path included talent management in Vancouver’s burgeoning film industry, facilitating corporate language skills in Hong Kong, and starting up her own business in Australia. Communication coupled with leadership has been at the forefront of each of her business endeavors. Jay believes that having an authentic care for the needs of others is paramount to being successful.
