Erica Ferro started her career with Premier during the 2004 hurricane season as an administrative assistant and advanced quickly bringing in and training new employees. In 2007 she went on to obtain her all lines adjusters license from the University of Central Florida. In a Catastrophe Erica oversees and handles client escalation requests as well as bookkeeping duties. Erica is actively involved in training personnel and the oversight of quality control guidelines while assisting management with day to day operations. In addition to her daily tasks Erica is part of Premier’s inside claim handling unit. Although she is cross trained in all aspects, her forte is contents claims. Erica looks forward to continually expanding her knowledge and growing with her Premier family.
