My Biography

Diana Cohen started with the Premier family in August of 2004 as a part time employee for the Charley, Frances and Jeanne storm season. She obtained her adjusters license from the University of Central Florida in 2006, and trained as both a field and inside adjuster. In March of 2010 she decided to return to Premier as an inside adjuster and an administrative assistant and worked closely with the office and bookkeeping manager. She was cross trained in all aspects of our day to day operations, including claims processing, training the administrative staff and bookkeeping.

In early 2013, the office manager she trained under retired and she was promoted to Office Manager. As Office manager, she gets to work with an incredible administrative staff as they strive to make sure that the work product and communications with clients, insured’s and adjusters is nothing less than stellar. Diana looks forward to continuing her growth with Premier.
